Disciplinary proceedure (from Constitution)

•  The Association Disciplinary Committee shall be made up of three or four members of the LCSC. The Disciplinary Committee shall be Chaired by the Director LCSC and shall be responsible for all disciplinary matters in respect of all events organised under the aegis of BW.

•  The Disciplinary Committee has the power to a) suspend a player, a club or a club official for a period of time extending to "sine die" . b) impose a monetary fine c) impose a suspension and monetary fine.

•  A final appeal may be made to the Board whose decision will be binding. An appeal application must be accompanied by a cheque of £250, which may be returnable after the appeal

•  The Board shall delegate the power of discipline to the Area Associations, in the first instance, for teams and members in their jurisdiction.
